Mid-Missouri's Leader in Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine

Where in Missouri is Peak Performance!!!!

Why spend nearly $4.00 a gallon to drive to Columbia to do your Physical Therapy.  Stay home and let Peak Performance come closer to you.  That is exactly what we have done.  Have you Doctor order Physical Therapy and bring your prescription with you to Peak Perfomance.  We are in network with all major providers so there is no question as to what you may have to pay or how large your out of network deductible is.  It doens't matter what company name is on the prescription, or if it is an electronic prescription, it is your choice for where you would like to go.  Make your choice Peak Performance!
